About the CPS

The Centre for Performance Science (CPS) promotes collaborative research among musicians and scientists, and offers a distinctive programme of teaching, events, and services at the Royal College of Music.

Founded in 2000, the CPS benefits from its position within a vibrant musical environment and is well placed to explore the interface between skilled artistry and scientific discovery.
